This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in the beautiful mountains of Bandung. You can enjoy the refreshing cool weather and stunning views without breaking the bank. The staff at this hotel provide excellent service, always being friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and clean. You can expect a good night's sleep in comfortable beds and a refreshing shower in the modern bathroom. Plus, some rooms even offer a good view of the surrounding area.

Here we stayed next to some popular places such as pemandian air panas ciater. No complaints whatsoever. Food is deliciuos

hotel was near to a bus stop. easy access to what ciater has to offer, only 3 miles to gunung tangkuban parahu. placed within 10 minutes' car ride to lembang. the property met expectation, i will be returning here soon.

The back-to-nature location in the mountain of Bandung provided a serene environment that was refreshing. The hot spring area was fantastic and offered a unique experience. I also loved the variety of activities available, such as ATV, archery, and horseback riding. the children's play area was great to keep the little ones entertained. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

Everything is what I need and want; I can't think of any negative things to say about this hotel or this city.

please take care ther is no food at all in this hotel and ther foor was very very bad and the much proplem was they did dnt deliver you in the city and coast you alot by sopecial car and driver

Nestled in a serene environment, the resort offers spectacular scenery and a natural retreat for families. Guests can enjoy the beautiful facilities in the public area of the hot spring river, for a soothing and refreshing experience. Rooms are spacious with old-fashioned decor, and come with amenities like minibars and kettles. the restaurant has great food options with magnificent views of the surrounding scenery.

The resort lacks professional management, and some of the facilities leave much to be desired.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the mountainous region of Bandung for a weekend getaway and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. the hotel offered excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for both the accommodation and the various amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-maintained rooms with good views to the delicious breakfast spread each morning. Lastly, the location of the hotel, nestled amidst the serene mountain surroundings, provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. it was a truly satisfying experience.

All aspects were satisfactory.

The hot springs pool was really enjoyable and relaxing. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to explore the surrounding area. The bungalow had a great view of the natural surroundings and felt secluded from other guests.

The bungalow had an unpleasant smell and the carpet was not dried properly. It was also disappointing that there was no air conditioning and we had to rely on opening the windows for ventilation.

Great hot springs and helpful staff. Convenient location close to nearby attractions. the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

The room was outdated and in need of renovation. the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom smelled bad.

I loved the friendly staff, especially Teddy at check-in. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and plenty of hot spring pools. The free entry to the nearby public hot springs was a bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The basic amenities were all in place, and I loved the fact that my room had a bathtub and a beautiful view of the garden. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of choices.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than okay.
